Unimig - EN199 Nickle Stick Electrodes - 3.2mm 1kg

The EN199 is a 99% Nickel electrode. The higher nickel content makes this electrode exceptionally stronger and more expensive than its 55% equivalent. Due to its hardness, consideration must be given when the casting is to be machined after welding. Repairs made with EN199 electrodes are often single pass welds and works best on castings with low or medium phosphorous contents.
